Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your KidsRadar (also known as KidsProtect) account directly in the app. You do not need to contact support first.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open KidsRadar and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select My Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning and confirm the deletion option you want.

After a successful deletion, the app signs you out. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Family Administrators

If you manage a family with another adult, the app lets you choose between:

• Delete only my account: administration is handed to another adult, while the family and child profiles remain available to authorised members.
• Delete the whole family: the family, its child profiles, family memberships, and associated family data are permanently deleted.

If you are the family’s only adult administrator, deleting your account also deletes the family. If you administer more than one family, the app may ask you to delete or leave the other families before deleting your account.

What Happens to Your Data

The deletion option you confirm determines whether only your account or the whole family is deleted. We remove the applicable account, family relationships, connected-device bindings, and associated personal data, subject to limited retention required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes.
